How much we charge.
Letting Fee Charge: One week’s rent plus GST and advertising costs ($199 – $249). Description: This fee covers the process of finding and vetting a suitable tenant for your property. It includes all marketing, conducting viewings, tenant background checks, and preparing the tenancy agreement. Ongoing Management Fee Charge: 5.99% plus GST of the weekly rental income. Description: Our management fee covers all aspects of day-to-day property management, including rent collection, routine inspections, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring compliance with tenancy laws. Maintenance Coordination Fee Charge: 10% margin on the total cost of any maintenance work organised by us. Description: We will arrange and oversee any necessary maintenance and repairs for your property. Inspection Fee Charge: $45 + GST Description: We recommend inspections every 3 months. We will arrange, complete and provide a detail report of the inspection.
